As mentioned in the above stage, it is critical to confirm and obtain appropriate approval on the design and plan. However, on rare occasions, if there is a need to change your design or plan, a written request for those changes is required from both parties. There will be an additional $500.00 administration fee for any request for non-structural change made post contract. Similarly, any structural variations will incur a $150.00 variation fee.
A signed copy of the request will be required along with the fees to commence work on the variations. Variation payments are required 14 days from the date of the invoice to avoid any delay in the building progress. Furthermore, your contract will also outline any additional details concerning how certain other variations are to be dealt with.
