Once the construction is complete, a member of our team will contact you and notify you about the status. A final inspection will be arranged along with the occupancy permit, and upon confirmation of the final payment, you may proceed to move into your new home.   

This is the most exciting part of the entire building journey. Sierra Homes will ensure that your entire move-in process is as smooth as possible. There might be a few minor items that would require attention and to ensure that they are all attended to, we provide you with the first 3 months of a free maintenance period. Couple that with our 7-Year structural guarantee (please refer to our “Terms and Conditions), and you can look forward to enjoying your new home for many years to come.
