Necessary soil testsand careful assessment of your block of land will be undertaken while preparing your building contract including the itemized costs involved in the entire process

It is imperative to have a demolition permit and construction permit beforethe demolition of your old property. Your dedicated site manager will periodically provide you with construction updates. You may follow our usual “Site Visit”policy mentioned in our handbook.
